In the last post, I talked about the black hole most job applications disappear into — the filters, the 6-second scans, the silence. If you haven't read that one yet, it's worth starting there.

But today I want to answer the question that post left open: what if the process worked the other way around?

Flipping the Model

What if you didn't have to apply for jobs at all — and companies came looking for you instead?

That's the idea I've been building toward. It's called inverted hiring, and it's the foundation of what I'm creating: Sayrahs.

Instead of sending your CV out into the void and hoping someone notices, you build a verified profile that actually showcases what you can do. Companies — and even private employers — search for people like you, and they reach out first.

It flips who has to chase who.

Why This Matters

Good talent stops getting buried under systems that were never built to see it. Companies stop wasting months trying to find people who were right there the whole time, capable and ready, just invisible to the tools being used to look for them.

It's a small shift in structure with a big shift in outcome: discovery instead of desperation.

Built for Everyone, Not Just Big Companies

Sayrahs isn't only for large organizations doing corporate hiring. It's built for private employers too — the family looking for a driver, the small business owner who just needs one reliable person — people who get forgotten by almost every other hiring platform out there.

And it's not built for one country. It's global, from the start.

This Is Just the Beginning

I'm building Sayrahs right now, and I'll be sharing the whole process here — what's working, what's hard, and when it launches.

If the idea of being discovered instead of ignored resonates with you, follow along. This is only the second post in the story — there's a lot more coming before launch day.
